Orders can take 3 - 10 business days to arrive once your order is received by the carrier. 

Note that once your order is in the hands of the carrier, any claims for loss, damage or delay of shipment would need to be filed with the carrier, because we have no control over their service. If that ever were to happen, you could still let us know and we will support you through that as best we can.

Due to the personal nature of beauty products, it’s difficult to offer a solution at large. Please do reach out to us if you're not pleased and we will go through the process of finding a solution with you. It's important to us that you love every single one of your LaPhase purchases!

Yes, yes, yes! All products are natural / extracted from natural products. Even our “preserving agents” are either from rosemary or beet sugar derivatives.

None for now, but we are working on our Women-Owned, Cruelty-Free, COSMOS and Nontoxic Certified labels.

Definitely! We do NOT test our products on animals … except for our upcoming doggy shampoo bars! Good feedback so far ;)

Yes, it’s important to us that ingredients are from trustworthy, responsible sources. We pick our partners carefully. And when we can get ingredients from a local sustainable source, we are happiest!

Absolutely! You can remove the label and recycle both papers. Even the wax paper around the product can be composted being a vegan soy wax. 

We have plans to also make our outer wraps compostable, with 100% vegetable ink as soon as we can print in a higher volume. Yay! Help us get there with our next batch of printing!

All our products are vegan! 

Yes, but it depends on how sensitive! Natural products can cause some reactions if you are hyper sensitive. That’s why we recommend always doing a patch test on your skin before use.

Because our products are made with no (or trace amounts of) water, they are very shelf stable. Many can last up to 2 years! But be sure to read the product label, each product is a bit different.

We do! And we are working on sourcing ALL organic ingredients. For now, you can see organic ingredients labeled with an asterisk on the list.

Absolutely! It’s a must and we believe these ingredients shouldn’t exist anymore!

While some of our products are gluten and nut free, we make and store our products in the same facility, so there is always a risk of contact with these ingredients. Those with serious allergies should be aware of this risk.

The best way to keep our products solid and effective is to keep them away from direct sunlight and heat. If you are keeping them in a container between uses, let them dry first, or use a container that lets air flow through. If it’s especially hot, try storing them in the fridge. Applying a cool bar to the skin can be very invigorating, especially on the face!

Some of our body and face bars are designed to slightly melt at body temperature so they glide on nicely. This does mean that those products can get melty when the environment gets too warm. For that reason, we do not ship certain products during the summer months (June to mid-August, excluding wholesale orders). So be sure to stock up on your choice bars in the spring!

At home in the warmer months, you can try keeping your bars in the fridge. Applying a cool bar to the skin can be very invigorating, especially for the face!

Yep! Any fragrance in our products come from essential oils.

We aim to use ingredients that are safe for all. But always do a patch test on the skin when using a new product to be sure. We are all different and can react differently to any ingredient.
