Yes, yes, yes! All products are natural / extracted from natural products. Even our “preserving agents” are either from rosemary or beet sugar derivatives.

Yes, but it depends on how sensitive! Natural products can cause some reactions if you are hyper sensitive. That’s why we recommend always doing a patch test on your skin before use.

Right now we ship to Canada and continental US only. But if you’re located somewhere else, and you feel you must have some LaPhase in your life (which we totally get), get in touch, and maybe we can figure something out ;)

Orders can take 3 - 10 business days to arrive once your order is received by the carrier. 

Note that once your order is in the hands of the carrier, any claims for loss, damage or delay of shipment would need to be filed with the carrier, because we have no control over their service. If that ever were to happen, you could still let us know and we will support you through that as best we can.
